Holistic Wellness - Acupuncture

Healing Point Therapeutics

“Working with Jessie has been an absolute pleasure, from start to finish. She walked me through the process of branding and website creation and made it easy and, dare I say it? Fun! She was communicative throughout the entire process; I’ve worked with a number of web people who I could not reach, ever, and thought this was just par for the course. My experience with Jessie could not have been more different. She was there to answer all my questions, and was constantly checking in to see where I needed support. Even after the job was done, she made herself accessible to me for questions and concerns. I have a high level of trust in her, and I know that I will always return to her for any work I need in the future.”

- Marisa Fanelli, Owner, Healing Point Therapeutics

Challenge: This client was looking to refresh her website. The old one was dated looking, not easy to update. She wanted a fresh, new feel for her company along with a logo that represented her brand.

Process: I did a full brand review (I, unfortunately don't have 'before' images to share) and did a new logo, brand guide and website. This site was built two years ago and her practice, traffic and branding have grown immensely since then.

Results: I developed a full brand look and feel - focused on the science, art and healing of acupuncture.

They wanted to also be clear with their imagry about their Connecticut routes. JCM built a very simple, clean and fluid website that is easy to navigate. Realtor - Real Estate

Lyssa Phillips

Challenge: Lyssa Phillips has a specialty in helping seniors transition into a new stage of life. As a realtor and a registered nurse, Lyssa has a desired skill set to ensure that seniors are not being taken advantage of. She wanted to be able to market her talents effectively - combining her RN and Realtor relationships, along with leveraging her massive network to attract more real estate clients. The overall strategy was to build her a website that clearly outlined her skills, certifications, and associations as a KILLER resource for these types of prospects.

Results: The website included a logo created by a designer, color pallet and style. The goal of the website is to educate her prospects, provide helpful information and view Lyssa a trusted and knowledgeable resource to help them move! The website is copy heavy so the audience consuming the content can easily understand and doesn’t have to fumble with downloads or email sign-ups. The site also includes free downloads of web page information for more easy access.

"Jessie did a great job helping me develop my website. She was able to point me in the right direction. I did not know where to begin or the first thing about creating a website. She was able to do some research on what would be needed to get valuable information that seniors and their families would need to make a move.

I am very impressed by her organizational skills and her patience! Feel Free to check out my site and see for yourself Listwithlyssa.com"

Holistic Health - Massage

Karen Reid LMT

Challenge: Karen has been a massage therapist for many years, but her expertise in massage wasn’t reflected in her existing website and brand. She has created a wonderful brochure as inspiration and wanted to use that for her website.

Results: Karen's brand needs to emote comfort and calm. We designed Karen’s brand off of her logo - the sunflower. Combing a relaxing gray with cream creates a great base, and leveraging the yellow/orange for the pops to draw the visitors attention to the calls to action. The images to the left reflect the Before and After of Karen’s online website.

For years, I did not put much time into my website. Why should I care? People just need to get there and get the information. Over the last year, I was even ignoring it.  Out of sight, out of mind, right? After a friend telling me how bad my website was for a years, she introduced me to Jessie. Life always has a way of getting my butt in gear. I was in the process of reopening my massage practice and everything fell into place.

I had a few requirements for my new website. It has to be easy to use, it needs to be simple, clean, eye catching, and stay with the theme of sunflowers. Jessie killed it! It looked amazing! Now I finally felt like I was a professional business owner! I couldn’t wait to show everyone...and then Covid hits and everything is put on hold.

As many people did during this time, I had to shift my focus during the shutdown. Creating art has always been a passion of mine, so  I started my own custom, hand painted card business. Well, I put the cart before the horse and had nothing to support this new venture. I needed somewhere for people to see my work, contact me, etc. Throughout the initial process of creating my website, Jessie was so in-tune with what my vision was for my website that she was able to seamlessly integrate this new aspect of my business into the same website. Her talents at building my brand and creating beautiful website that can adapt as my business does is exceptional!

Personal Brand - Author

Ty Tracey - Author

Challenge: Indie horror and paranormal author, published under a pseudonym so he wanted it to be simple, a little mysterious, and no photography. He wanted the site to be dark, creepy but easy to navigate and focused on getting folks to buy his book. His goal was to showcase his work, his accolades and to build his mailing list.

Results: A simple, straight forward and DARK site that has a simple mailing list sign-up along with showcasing his novels and short stories. This site also provides press with information since he has won a couple of awards. I also designed his logo along with his social media profiles - Facebook and Goodreads.

Visit: tytracey.com

Jessie is a rock star. She not only helped me build my brand,s he designed my logo and help me set up my social media profiles. In addition to setting up my website, she also provided guidance and insights on how to market my books.

While book-specific marketing was a little out of her wheelhouse, she was able to advise me on a number of good ideas to get my name out there. In addition, she went above and beyond with researching the book industry and recommending additional ideas on where to submit my book for more exposure. I highly recommend Jessie Coan to anyone looking to establish and build a killer brand.

Holistic Health - Targeted Events

Mystical Popups

Challenge: As an expansion of her acupuncture practice, my client at Healing Point Therapeutics hired me to launch a separate website for her holistic events. Her goal was to create mystical, once in a life-time pop-ups for her clients where they can taste and test out treatments they wouldn’t normally think about participating in. The challenge was to create a separate brand that was a “sister” to her practice, but clearly different.

Results: The goal for this site was simple, straight forward and my client wanted to the ability to manage it herself - add events, and have a calendar view as she schedules events. I did the logo for this to complement her main brand at Healing Point Therapeutics so clients knew they were related. The site is simple, yet easy for her prospects to get the information she needs, and her events are selling out!
